Game breaking condition in the spike room to the top right off the main chamber. If you die on the right side of the room you lose the key and are stuck forever.

What in the world were you thinking making the first boss that difficult with almost no battle prior to that and not health meter? Heavy demerits. Lost my patience after the 3rd try. Don't even care anymore. \. And I could never figure out how to get flying working. I never got wings.
